Mary has been a leading grassroots activist since the great American conservative awaking in 2009.  

She is an Executive Board member of the Clear Lake Tea Party. Mary works and supports the Clear Lake Area Republicans.  She has traveled Texas meeting and networking with other conservative activists whether it’s at the 2010 State Republican Convention or conservative rallies and trainings.  

Mary has 25+ years as a Financial Research Administrator at three different Universities:

• West Virginia University
• Emory University
• University of Texas Medical Center

In order to be closer to home, Mary is now a supervisor at Starbucks.  Mary is married to Dale Huls, another conservative activist and Harris County Republican Precinct Chair.  She has 2 children and is a step-mom to 2 more.  Mary recognizes the Christian values and influences that founded America and works diligently to see that America, and Texas, does not lose sight of our founding principles in today’s world.
